Please read this policy in full, especially the installation

warranty coverage.

All warranties cover replacement parts only.
The following are not covered under
any warranty:
Labor costs (removal, installation, or reinstallation)
Fluids (oil, coolant, transmission fluid, etc.)
Towing, rental vehicle costs, diagnostic fees, or
other consequential/incidental costs
Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse,
neglect, or failure to follow manufacturer specifications
02
What This Warranty Covers
If the covered engine or transmission fails due to a
defect in the part itself (not due to installation error,
misuse, or a non-covered component) within the applicable
warranty period, PowerX Auto Parts will provide a
replacement part, subject to inspection and the
requirements below.
03
Installation Requirements — Required to Keep Your Warranty Valid
Your warranty is void if these requirements are not met.
These requirements exist because improper installation
is the leading cause of premature part failure, and they
protect both you and us from disputes over the cause of
a failure.
Installation must be performed by a
certified/licensed mechanic
and must strictly follow the vehicle manufacturer’s
installation guidelines and torque specifications.
If the parts are not installed within the 10 business days after receiving the product, the warranty will be voided
For all engines: new gasket set,
new oil pump, and new timing belt or timing chain must
be installed at the time of installation. Reusing old
timing components or gaskets voids the warranty.
For all transmissions: new seals,
new filter, and the manufacturer-specified transmission
fluid must be installed at the time of installation.
Using the incorrect fluid type or reusing old seals
voids the warranty.
Keep copies of your installation invoice/receipt from
the certified mechanic — this will be required to
process a warranty claim.
04
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
Electrical components, sensors, wiring harnesses,
and related electrical parts
(no warranty coverage of any kind)
Damage caused by accident, collision, flood, fire,
or other external events
Damage resulting from continued operation after a
fault was known or should have been apparent
Parts that were not installed according to the
requirements in Section 3
Normal wear items not directly tied to the covered defect
Labor, fluids, towing, rental cars, or other
incidental/consequential costs
(see Section 1)
05
Filing a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim, please contact PowerX Auto Parts
customer service and provide the following:
Original invoice
for the part purchase (required — claims cannot be
processed without it).
Installation invoice from the certified mechanic
showing installation date and required new components
(gaskets/timing components for engines; seals/filter/
fluid for transmissions).
A description of the issue, including when and how
the failure occurred.
Any diagnostic or mechanic’s report related to the
failure, if available.
PowerX Auto Parts reserves the right to require the part
to be returned for inspection before approving a warranty
claim. Claims found to involve improper installation,
non-compliant components, or damage outside the scope of
coverage will be denied.
06
Claim Resolution
Approved warranty claims will be resolved through
replacement of the covered part.
PowerX Auto Parts is not responsible for labor costs
associated with removing the failed part or installing
the replacement part, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Processing time for warranty claims will vary based on
inspection and part availability; our customer service
team will provide a timeline once your claim is submitted.
07
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PowerX Auto Parts’
liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement
of the defective part. PowerX Auto Parts is not liable for
incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including
but not limited to labor costs, towing, rental vehicle
expenses, lost time, or lost income, arising from a part
failure or warranty claim.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation
of incidental or consequential damages
,
so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty
gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have
other rights that vary from state to state.
PowerX Auto Parts reserves the right to update this
Warranty Policy at any time; changes will be posted on
this page with a revised effective date. This document
does not constitute legal advice — customers with questions
about their specific rights should consult applicable state
consumer protection law.
